On Dec. 9, 2021, S&P Global Ratings published its revised criteria for financial institutions. We have reviewed our ratings on National Commercial Bank Jamaica under our revised criteria. We have affirmed the ratings on the bank, and the outlook is unchanged. MEXICO CITY (S&P Global Ratings) Dec. 16, 2021--S&P Global Ratings today said that it has affirmed its issuer credit ratings on National Commercial Bank Jamaica Ltd. (NCBJ). The affirmation follow a revision to our criteria for rating banks and nonbank financial institutions and for determining a Banking Industry Country Risk Assessment (BICRA).
