CENTENNIAL (S&P Global Ratings) June 10, 2022--S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'A-' long-term rating to Murray County Educational Facilities Authority, Okla.'s approximately $19.95 million series 2022 lease revenue bonds, issued on behalf of the Murray County Independent School District No.1 (Sulphur). The outlook is stable. "The rating reflects our opinion of the district's strong reserves, moderate overall net debt, and fairly stable local economy," said S&P Global Ratings credit analyst Joyce Jung. "Constraining the rating in our view is the district's reliance on state aid, which makes it susceptible to funding fluctuations," Ms. Jung added.
