CHICAGO (S&P Global Ratings) Sept. 13, 2016--S&P Global Ratings corrected by assigning its 'SP-1+' short-term rating to Mahoning County, Ohio's series 2016 general obligation (GO) limited tax various purpose notes. At the same time, S&P Global Ratings withdrew its 'A+' long-term rating on the bonds.
