S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'SP-1+' short-term rating to Mahoning County , Ohio's approximately $10.35 million series 2025 general obligation (GO; limited-tax) various-purpose notes. At the same time, we affirmed our 'AA-' long-term rating on the county's outstanding GO debt and our 'SP-1+' short-term rating. The outlook, where applicable, is stable.
