Abstract:

NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Aug. 16, 2018--S&P Global Ratings corrected by reinstating its 'A-1' rating on Los Angeles' tax-exempt series A-1 and taxable series B-1 wastewater system commercial paper program notes. The ratings are based on an enhancement for the notes in the form of an irrevocable direct-pay letter of credit from Barclays Bank PLC (A-1). S&P Global Ratings inadvertently withdrew the ratings on Dec. 19, 2015, due to an administrative error in which the maturity dates were incorrect.
