Abstract:

NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Sept. 25, 2018--S&P Global Ratings corrected by reinstating its 'A-1' rating on Los Angeles' series A-2 and B-2 wastewater system commercial paper program notes. The rating reflects an enhancement for the notes in the form of an irrevocable direct-pay letter of credit from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. S&P Global Ratings inadvertently withdrew the rating on Dec. 12, 2012, due to an administrative error in which it incorrectly recorded the maturity dates.
