Abstract:

Credit Agricole Corporate And Investment Bank (CACIB) has amended the final terms of three notes drawn under its Structured Debt Instruments Issuance Program (SDIIP). Factoring in these amendments, we see the notes' principal as protected in reference to S&P Global Ratings definitions. Therefore, we affirmed our 'A+' long-term issue ratings on these three notes. However, we determined that it had previously been an error to assign a rating to these notes as their original terms contained a redemption provision that is not consistent with our ratings definitions.
