CENTENNIAL (S&P Global Ratings) Feb. 13, 2019--S&P Global Ratings assigned it 'A' long-term rating to K-12 School District No. 15-6 (Florence-Carlton), Mont.'s $15.975 million series 2019 general obligation (GO) school building bonds. The outlook is stable. "The rating reflects our view of the district's stable economy, trend of good available fund balance reserves, and moderate to low debt profile," said S&P Global Ratings credit analyst David Mares. "Partially offsetting these factors, in our opinion, is the district's nominally low available fund balance reserves." The district's pledge to levy an unlimited ad valorem tax on taxable property within the district secures the bonds. The proceeds from the 2019 GO bonds will finance construction of new K-8 classrooms, an auditorium, locker rooms,
