CHICAGO (S&P Global Ratings) March 10, 2025--S&P Global Ratings removed its 'A' long-term rating on Florence-Carlton School District No.15-6, Mont.'s general obligation (GO) bonds from CreditWatch, where it had been placed with negative implications on Jan. 16, 2025. We then withdrew our rating, given a lack of timely and sufficient information to maintain the ratings in accordance with our applicable criteria and policies. "The rating withdrawal reflects our view of the district's lack of audited financial statements for fiscal 2023.
