Integrated Team Solutions SJHC Partnership (Project Co or ITS SJHC) entered into an availability-based project agreement (PA) with St. Joseph's Health Care London (SJHC) to design, build, finance, and maintain two hospitals in Ontario to serve patients with severe and persistent mental illness. Parkwood Institute (PIMH) is a four-story, 454,025-square-foot mental health facility with 168 beds in London, Ont. The three-story, 234,430-square-foot Southwest Centre for Forensic Mental Health Care (SWC) is a forensics mental health facility with 89 beds in St. Thomas, Ont.
