Integrated Team Solutions SJHC Partnership (Project Co) entered into an availability-based concession agreement with St. Joseph's Health Care London (SJHC) to design, build, finance, and maintain two hospitals in Ontario: the Parkwood Institute (PIMH) and Southwest Centre for Forensic Mental Health Care (SWC). In turn, the Project Co entered into back-to-back contracts with EllisDon Corporation (EllisDon) and Honeywell Ltd. (Honeywell). Project Co has passed down hard facility management (FM) and lifecycle responsibilities to Honeywell Ltd. for 30 years under a fixed-price FM service agreement, while SJHC retains the soft FM and clinical services operations.
