CENTENNIAL (S&P Global Ratings) March 20, 2020--S&P Global Ratings raised its long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) to 'A+' from 'A' on Indianapolis, Ind.'s thermal energy system's first-lien revenue bonds outstanding.
