SALT LAKE CITY (S&P Global Ratings) Feb. 1, 2022--S&P Global Ratings revised the outlook to positive from stable on the City of Indianapolis' previously issued bonds. At the same time, S&P Global Ratings also affirmed its 'AA+' long-term rating on all previously rated ad valorem property tax debt levied within the Indianapolis-Marion County consolidated city-county jurisdiction and affirmed its 'AA-' long-term rating on the previously rated obligations ultimately supported by the city's moral obligation pledge. At the same time, S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA-' long-term rating to the Indianapolis Local Public Improvement Bond Bank's $122.55 million series 2022B. The bonds are being issued on behalf of Indianapolis. The 'AA-' rating reflects the city's moral obligation pledge. The outlook on
