NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) June 24, 2009--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today raised its rating on Illinois Finance Authority's $13.74 million variable-rate demand revenue bonds series 1994 (Aurora Central Catholic High School project) to 'AA-/A-1+ from 'A/A-1' and removed the rating from CreditWatch with negative implications, where it was placed May 22, 2009. The rating is based on the credit and liquidity support provided by JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. ('AA-/A-1+') in the form of a letter of credit (LOC), which provides for the full and timely payment of interest and principal according to the transaction's terms. The LOC has a June 23, 2009, effective date. Today's rating actions reflect the substitution of the LOC provided by Allied Irish Bank
