NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Aug. 8, 2018--S&P Global Ratings placed the long-term rating components of its 'AA/A-1' and 'AA' ratings on George K. Baum&Co.'s tender-option bond trust series 2016-XG0001 trust puttable floating-rate receipts (floaters) and inverse-floating-rate receipts (residuals), respectively, related to New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority's series 2009A student loan revenue bonds, on CreditWatch with positive implications. This rating action follows S&P Global Ratings' action on the underlying bonds. S&P Global Ratings placed its ratings on the underlying bonds on CreditWatch with positive implications on July 26, 2018.
