Our ranking primarily reflects our positive view of the company's experienced senior management team, effective staff training, integrated technology systems, sound audit and control environment, and comprehensive servicer oversight program. We also considered the company's homogenous property portfolio, longer-than-average internal audit cycle, and ongoing Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) conservatorship, which limits its ability to retain capital.
