FRANKFURT (S&P Global Ratings) April 25, 2025--S&P Global Ratings today said that, at the request of the financial services group, it had withdrawn its ratings on four expired program issuances of the captive finance entities of Volkswagen AG: Volkswagen Financial Services AG, Volkswagen Bank GmbH, and Volkswagen Financial Services Overseas AG (all rated BBB+/Stable/A-2): EUR10 bil Sr Unsecd/Sr Sub/S-T Debt med-term note prog 06/28/2017 EUR50.00 bil Sr Unsecd/S-T Debt med-term note prog 06/24/2021 EURO CP prog auth amt EUR2.5 bil EURO CP prog auth amt EUR7.5 bil We continue to rate instruments outstanding under the programs as separate issuances. Furthermore, the withdrawal does not affect any other program, any issue, or the issuer credit ratings on Volkswagen's captive finance entities.
