NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) July 12, 2018--S&P Global Ratings lowered its rating on the Fort Benning Family Community LLC related custodial receipts, related to Fort Benning Family Communities LLC, Ga.'s military housing taxable revenue bonds, to 'BBB+' from 'A'. This rating action follows S&P Global Ratings' action on the underlying bonds on June 18, 2018.
