NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) May 18, 2017--S&P Global Ratings lowered its rating on Fort Benning Family Community LLC Related Custodial Receipts, Ga., related to military housing taxable revenue bonds (Fort Benning Family Comnties LLC), to 'A' from 'AA-'. This rating action follows S&P Global Ratings' action on the underlying bonds on April 28, 2017. (Please see the article, titled "Fort Benning Family Communities LLC, Georgia," published May 1, 2017, RatingsDirect.) The rating on the custodial receipts reflects the ratings on the underlying bonds. Changes to the ratings on these receipts could result from, among other things, changes to the ratings on the underlying bonds or the amendments to transaction terms.
