Abstract:

NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) March 28, 2024--S&P Global Ratings corrected by reinstating its 'AA+' rating on FMSbonds Inc.'s series 2021-XF1236 residual receipts, related to New York State Thruway Authority's series 2021A-1 state personal-income-tax revenue bonds (transportation). S&P Global Ratings also corrected by reinstating its 'AA-' rating on FMSbonds Inc.'s series 2023-XF1580 residual receipts, related to Triborough Bridge&Tunnel Authority, N.Y.'s series 2023B-1 general revenue bonds. On Feb. 8, 2023, the series 2021-XF1236 residual issue was incorrectly identified as fully called. On Jan. 2, 2024, the series 2023-XF1580 residual issue was incorrectly identified as fully called. We withdrew the ratings in error; however, they remain outstanding.
