NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Jan. 19, 2024--S&P Global Ratings raised the long-term component of its various ratings on five tender-option bond trust receipts for FMSbonds Inc.'s series 2019-XF0847 and Barclays Capital Inc.'s series 2020-XX1127, related to various New York State Thruway Authority underlying bonds (see the table). This rating action follows S&P Global Ratings' raising of the ratings on the underlying bonds.
