Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AAA' long-term rating to the East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD), Calif.'s series 2014A wastewater system revenue refunding bonds and 2014B (federally taxable) wastewater system revenue refunding bonds. At the same time, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'AAA' long-term and underlying rating (SPUR) on the district's outstanding wastewater system revenue bonds. Standard&Poor's also affirmed its 'A-1+' short-term rating on the district's extendable commercial paper (ECP) notes (wastewater series). The outlook, where applicable, is stable.
