LONDON (Standard&Poor's) May 10, 2007--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today it lowered its long-term corporate credit rating on The Netherlands-based European Aeronautic Defence and Space Co. N.V. (EADS) to 'BBB+' from 'A-', reflecting significant execution risk related to organizational change and a depressed near-term outlook for profit and cash flow. At the same time, the long-term corporate credit rating and all debt ratings were removed from CreditWatch, where they had been placed with negative implications on Oct. 3, 2006. The outlook is stable. The short-term corporate credit rating, which was not on CreditWatch, has been affirmed at 'A-2'. Standard&Poor's will hold a teleconference on Friday May 11, 2007, at 2:30 p.m. British Summer Time (3:30
