We have assigned ratings to Dunedin Park CLO DAC's reset notes. The transaction is a reset of the already existing transaction. The existing classes of notes were fully redeemed with the proceeds from the issuance of the replacement notes on the Nov. 15, 2021, reset date. This CLO transaction securitizes a pool of primarily syndicated senior secured loans or bonds.
