We have assigned preliminary ratings to Dunedin Park CLO DAC's reset notes. The transaction is a reset of the already existing transaction. The existing classes of notes will be fully redeemed with the proceeds from the issuance of the replacement notes on the Nov. 15, 2021 reset date.
