DALLAS (Standard&Poor's) Jan. 21, 2010--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services withdrew its 'A-' long-term rating on DeKalb-Jackson Water Supply District Inc. , Ala.'s series 2009A bonds. At the same time, Standard&Poor's assigned its 'A-' long-term rating to the district's series 2010A utility revenue bonds. The outlook is stable. "We withdrew our rating on the district's series 2009A bonds because officials changed the structure of the bonds following our analysis, including increasing the par value to $6.99 million from $4.46 million, and lengthening the maturity schedule by 10 years," said Standard&Poor's credit analyst Scott Sagen.
