...SAN FRANCISCO (Standard & Poor's) Jan. 27, 2016--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services raised its rating to '##+' from '##' on Cucamonga Valley Water District, Calif.'s existing senior-lien debt. At the same time, Standard & Poor's raised its rating to '##' from '##-' on the district's subordinate-lien debt. Finally, Standard & Poor's assigned its '##' long-term rating to the district's series 2016 subordinate lien water revenue refunding bonds, issued by the Cucamonga Valley Water District Financing Authority. The outlook is stable. "The raised ratings reflect our view of the district's extremely strong enterprise risk profile and very strong financial risk profile," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Chloe Weil. "The ratings are further supported by our view of the district's affordable water rates and limited additional debt needs," Ms. Weil added.
