SAN FRANCISCO (Standard&Poor's) June 4, 2014--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services revised its outlook to positive from stable on Cucamonga Valley Water District, Calif.'s outstanding senior lien and subordinate lien water revenue bonds and certificates of participation (COPs). At the same time, Standard&Poor's assigned its 'AA-' long-term rating to the district's subordinate lien series 2014 water revenue bonds.
