Abstract:

SAN FRANCISCO (Standard&Poor's) Feb. 2, 2009-- Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that it has withdrawn its rating and outlook on Colorado Springs, Colo.'s series 2008A certificates of participation (Fire Station/Venezia Park), because the city decided not to issue the debt. This rating action does not affect ratings on other debt secured by the city's appropriation or general obligation.
