Abstract:

SAN FRANCISCO (Standard&Poor's) Dec. 12, 2008-- Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that it has withdrawn its rating and outlook on Colorado Springs, Colo.'s series 2008B certificates of participation (U.S. Olympic Committee Project), due to the city's decision not to issue this debt. This rating action does not affect ratings on other debt secured by the city's appropriation or general obligation.
