Standard&Poor's Ratings Services revised its outlook to positive on Garfield County, Colo.'s, series 2003 hospital revenue bonds and the Colorado Health Facilities Authority's series 2006, 2007, and 2008 hospital revenue bonds issued for the Valley View Hospital Assn. (VVHA). Standard&Poor's also affirmed its 'BBB+' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR), where applicable, on the bonds. The outlook revision reflects our view of a solid business position, a history of healthy operating levels with results that have exceeded budgeted expectations in fiscal 2012 to date, and growing cash. Factors precluding a higher rating at this time are a high debt burden, just adequate cash-to-debt and a second year of elevated capital spending. The 'BBB+' rating reflects our
