Central Oregon Community College District Obligation And GO Ratings Raised To 'AA' On Stable Reserves

SAN FRANCISCO (S&P Global Ratings) Aug. 17, 2017--S&P Global Ratings raised its long-term rating and underlying rating to 'AA' from 'AA-' on Central Oregon Community College District's full faith and credit obligations and its underlying rating on the district's general obligation (GO) bonds. The outlook is stable. "The rating action reflects our view of the district's willingness and ability to adjust revenue and expenditures in response to major changes in demand and more moderate changes in state support for community college districts," said S&P Global Ratings credit analyst Chris Morgan.
