We expect the company will use the net proceeds from these notes for general corporate purposes. As a global agribusiness leader, Cargill has benefited from an extended favorable beef processing cycle and strong global demand for grains and oilseeds that have supported healthy processing and origination margins. Its operating environment has remained constructive despite the significant macroeconomic uncertainty stemming from the Ukraine-Russia conflict and some direct exposure to the region.
