LONDON (S&P Global Ratings) Sept. 6, 2024--As of Aug. 30, 2024, S&P Global Ratings has withdrawn its ratings on the three following programs at the issuer's request: The 'BBB+' long-term and 'A-2' short-term ratings on NatWest Group PLC's $35 billion senior unsecured program; The 'A' long-term program rating on NatWest Markets PLC's programmatic issuance under NatWest Group PLC's $35 billion senior unsecured program; The 'A' long-term and 'BBB-' subordinated long-term ratings on NatWest Markets N.V.'s €35 billion senior unsecured program; and The 'A' long-term rating on NatWest Markets PLC's £5 billion senior unsecured program. The other existing ratings on issuance from these programs remain outstanding and were not withdrawn as part of this action. Criteria Financial Institutions General:
