NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) April 17, 2017--S&P Global Ratings said today that its ratings on NextEra Energy Inc. (A-/Stable/--) are not affected by the Public Utility Commission of Texas' (PUCT) rejection of the proposed merger between NextEra and Oncor Electric Delivery Holdings LLC.
