NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) March 11, 2024--S&P Global Ratings said today that Change Healthcare, which is owned by UnitedHealth Group Inc. (UNH; A+/Stable/A-1), is making progress toward fully restoring its operations following a major cyber attack. As of March 7, 2024, electronic prescribing through the pharmacy services division of Change Healthcare became available for claim submissions and payment transmission. Based on the company's website, Changes' payments platform will be available starting March 15, and its medical claims restoration is slated to return the week of March 18.
