NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) March 31, 2021--S&P Global Ratings today said it does not expect approximately $443 million of new bonds added to Ascension Health Alliance (Ascension), Mo.'s taxable series 2019B issuance to affect its 'AA+' rating on the bonds. There is no additional debt associated with this transaction because Ascension will use the proceeds to refund and pre refund the tax-exempt bonds referenced below. Tax-exempt mandatory tender bonds totaling $354 million in outstanding par, with put dates through April 2022--to be funded/pre-funded: $95.545 million MI Series 2010F-2, to be redeemed upon April 1 closing $43.240 million IL Series 2012E-2 to be redeemed upon April 1 closing $80.465 million WI Series 2013B-4 to be redeemed June 1, 2021 $89.260
