...September 26, 2019 NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Sept. 26, 2019--S&P Global Ratings assigned its '##+' long-term rating to the Wisconsin Health & Educational Facilities Authority's series 2019A revenue bonds, issued for Ascension Health Alliance (Ascension), Mo. S&P Global Ratings also assigned its '##+' long-term rating to Ascension's series 2019B taxable bonds. In addition, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its '##+' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) and its '##+/A-1+' dual rating (various issuers and various modes) on all senior revenue bonds issued for Ascension. We also affirmed our '##' long-term rating on Ascension's series 2005A subordinated revenue bonds. The outlook on all applicable ratings is stable.
