Abstract:

TORONTO (Standard & Poor's) Nov. 13, 2006--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today said that the ratings on Calgary, Alta.-based transmission company AltaLink L.P. (A-/Stable/--) will not be affected by the resignation of the company's CFO. The resignation was not related to AltaLink's financial or operating performance. AltaLink continues to operate at levels consistent with our expectations at the current rating. AltaLink has appointed the controller as acting CFO.
