NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) June 1, 2005--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today revised the outlook on its ratings on The Brink's Co. (BBB/Positive/--) to positive from stable. The 'BBB' corporate credit rating and other ratings on the company were affirmed. The outlook change reflects an ongoing trend of improved earnings and cash generation that could lead to an upgrade if sustained. The Richmond, Va.-based company has about $669 million of lease-adjusted debt.
