AUGUSTA (S&P Global Ratings) Aug. 25, 2022--S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'A+' rating to Bon Secours Mercy Health (BSMH), Md.'s $308 million series 2022A tax-exempt fixed rate revenue bonds issued by various issuers in Ohio, South Carolina, and Virginia. S&P Global Ratings also assigned its 'A+' rating to Allen County, Ohio's $81 million series 2022B tax-exempt revenue bonds issued with a put structure for BSMH. In addition, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its 'A+' rating and underlying ratings (SPUR) on various bonds issued by and for BSMH and legacy Mercy Health, Ohio. S&P Global Ratings affirmed its 'A+/A-1' rating on series 2012B bonds issued by Allen County, Ohio for BSMH whereby the short-term rating is currently backed by BSMH's self-liquidity. S&P
