S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'A+' rating to Allen County, Ohio's $81 million series 2022B tax-exempt revenue bonds issued with a put structure for BSMH. S&P Global Ratings affirmed its 'A+' rating and underlying ratings (SPUR) on various bonds issued by and for BSMH and legacy Mercy Health, Ohio. S&P Global Ratings affirmed its 'A+/A-1' rating on series 2012B bonds issued by Allen County, Ohio for BSMH whereby the short-term rating is currently backed by BSMH's self-liquidity.
