Barclays PLC is executing its strategy effectively and appears on track to achieve its financial targets for 2026 and 2028. We think Barclays will perform resiliently through the current macroeconomic uncertainty and manage credit pressures within segments of its portfolio, including structured financing and leveraged loans. Therefore, we affirmed our long- and short-term issuer credit and issue ratings on the group's holding company Barclays PLC and its subsidiaries. The stable outlook indicates that we expect Barclays' credit metrics to remain robust over our two-year horizon.
