TOKYO (Standard&Poor's) Sept. 11, 2014--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today said that is has assigned its 'A+' long-term debt ratings to the transferable certificates of deposit issued by the Sydney branch of Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd. (BTMU; A+/stable/A-1) (see list below). The ratings on the certificates of deposit are the same as our long-term counterparty rating on BTMU, given the current level of our issuer credit rating on BTMU and the issuance terms and conditions of the certificates of deposit.
