TOKYO (Standard&Poor's) March 6, 2015--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today said that it has assigned its 'A+' debt ratings to the transferable certificates of deposit issued by the Sydney branch of Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd. (BTMU; A+/stable/A-1) (see list below). The ratings on the certificates of deposit are the same as our long-term counterparty rating on BTMU, given our current rating on the bank and the issuance terms and conditions of the certificates of deposit.
