NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Oct. 21, 2003--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said that tomorrow's scheduled stockholder meeting to discuss alternative strategies to maximize shareholder value has no immediate impact on the rating or outlook for Eastman Kodak Co. (BBB-/Stable/A-3). Participants in the upcoming meeting will reportedly include Kodak's largest shareholder and about 60 institutional investors holding approximately 25% of the stock. The broad participation highlights the level of stockholder concern about Kodak's recently announced digital growth strategy
