NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) July 15, 2005--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services has learned that tolls on the Mid-Bay Bridge Authority (rated 'A-/Stable') were reinstated at 5:30 a.m. on July 14, 2005, after initial recovery efforts were completed. Tolls were suspended on July 8 at approximately noon to evacuate Destin and South Walton County, Fla., due to Hurricane Dennis, which struck on July 10 near Pensacola. No damage to the bridge or toll facilities resulted from the storm. The brief toll suspension is not expected to have an adverse impact on the authority's 'A-/Stable' rating.
