Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that there is no change to its ratings or outlook on GrafTech International Ltd. (B+/Stable/--) following the company's third quarter pre-earnings announcement. GrafTech's announced earnings are in line with Standard&Poor's expectations. Despite weak end markets, Standard&Poor's expects credit protection measures and debt levels to remain stable for the remainder of 2002 and appropriate for the current rating.
