NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Sept. 23, 2015--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today assigned its '## (sf)' issue-level rating to American Airlines Inc.'s series 2015-2 class ## pass-through certificates (with an expected maturity date of Sept. 22, 2027). At the same time, we assigned our 'A (sf)' issue-level rating to the company's series 2015-2 class A pass-through certificates (with an expected maturity date of Sept. 22, 2027). Additionally, we assigned our '### (sf)' issue-level rating to American Airlines' series 2015-2 class B certificates (with an expected maturity date of Sept. 22, 2023). The final legal maturities will be 18 months after the expected maturities. American Airlines is issuing the certificates under a Rule 415 shelf registration.
