(CCC/Watch Dev./--) unit American Airlines Inc.'s (CCC/Watch Dev./--) financial turnaround plan is being threatened by a controversy over executive compensation. Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today its ratings on both entities remain on CreditWatch with developing implications.
